Fair Use Remix

My use of the copyrighted material from the movie TED is covered by the sixth principle of fair use stating, "quoting in order to recombine elements to make a new work that depends for its meaning on (often unlikely) relationships between the elements." This applies to the remix i have created because i split and cut pieces from the original TED trailes and reordered them and manipulated them to create a new meaning to the film. This new combination of the clips creates a new and rather unlikely relationship between the elements of the trailer. I also added different and copyright free music from a free source to change the dynamic of the audio and create the mood I was trying to convey.
